Jeep Jeep

The goal is to find more Jeeps than everyone else. If you see a Jeep, yell out “Yellow Jeep Jeep” (or whatever color it is). You have to call out the color, you have to say “Jeep” twice, and it HAS to be a real Jeep—not a look-alike brand (and it has to be a standard model--no Cherokees allowed). You get a point for each Jeep you call out before anyone else. The person with the most points at the end of the trip wins. Optional: take away a point if the person calls the wrong color or calls a car that isn’t a Jeep.

Shadow Puppets

The sun needs to be at a good angle for this game. Take turns forming shadow puppets and let others try to guess what you are making.

Hot and Cold

One person thinks of an item that is inside the car. The other players take turns guessing the item. After each guess, the person who thought of the item says whether the guess is “hot” or “cold” (to indicate how close they are to the item). The first person to guess the correct item is the winner and gets to think up the next item.

Play Favorites

Take turns asking everyone about their “favorite” thing. For instance, “What is your favorite ice cream flavor?” Everyone in the car answers. Then the next person gets to think of a new topic. Some ideas: movie, color, game, sport, tv show, actor, actress, car, etc.
