Semi Truck Game

Each person takes turns trying to get a semi truck driver to blow his/her horn. When it’s your turn, wait until you are passing a semi-truck and make the horn-blowing sign (make a fist, bend your arm up and make a pulling down motion). If the truck blows its diesel horn, you get a point, otherwise you don’t. Then it’s the next person’s turn. Whoever gets the most points by the end of the trip wins.

Queen’s Cat

Take turns saying descriptive words about the Queen’s cat. The words must be in alphabetical order. For instance, the first person says “The Queen’s cat is an active cat,” the next says “The Queen’s cat is a bossy cat,” the next “The Queen’s cat is a choosy cat,” etc. If someone can’t think of a word, they are eliminated, until there is only one winner left.

Buzz

Take turns counting to 100. But when you reach any number divisible by 7, say “buzz” instead of the number. For instance, say 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, buzz, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, buzz, 15, etc. When you forget to say “buzz” at the appropriate, you lose and the next person gets to try. You can change 7 to other numbers if you want, and match them to the player’s ability level (10 or 5 for younger kids).
